I create meaningful learning experiences by developing instructor-led, blended learning, e-learning courses, and materials for adults and young learners with diverse backgrounds. I develop courses by incorporating backward design and learning theories. I design content by studying data, assessments, learning styles, and learning standards to determine learning needs. I am responsible for providing Learning Management System (LMS) assistance to all staff and faculty, supporting the development and implementation of virtual learning and online courses, providing technical support, and analyzing new technologies that improve the K-12, Juvenile Justice, and higher ED learning process.
